Top rated Surge Protectors; I will never change from any of these again.

These are the best surge protectors I could find. Some of these are good priced and some are a bit high. I have used all kinds of surge protectors. They can be very handy when you have a lot of things to plug in or you want to protect the things that are being plugged in. I hope you really enjoy the ones I put together.

10) APC 8-Outlet Surge Protector

This one uses state-of-the-art circuitry to protect all of your electronics plugged in from dangerous power surges and multiple surge events. It has 8 outlets, two USB charges, and transformer block spacing for four outlets. This one has 180-degree rotating power cord with right-angle plug that will enable placement for equipment and furniture that is close to the wall. That advantage will reduce cord stress and extends battery life of the power cord and surge protector.

The sliding safety shutters on each receptacle to protect from children and adults from unused outlets. The noise filter reduces electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference to block unwanted line noise. This feature will also help keep the surge protector from lockup as well. I believe this surge protector will work great when you have a lot of things to plug in or if you have multiple amounts of laptops, computers, servers, or electronics to charge. Also, has 2630 joule surge protector power strip.

9) 12 Port Plug Power Strip

I think this one will be a great addition to those that need it in a garage, office space, or in a conference room. This one has 12 plugs to use and is great choice when needing tons of things to plug in and don’t want to have several walls/floor plugins being used. Some specs are 125V / 60Hz, can be mounted horizontal or vertically, 12 foot cord, 900 joules power strip, and ETL approved. You can place this behind desks or stands to help keep it out of sight so you won’t have to worry about having it in your way or someone steps, running, or tripping over it. You can put this on the wall or just leave it laying on the floor or on a stand.

8) BESTEK 6-Outlet Surge Protector

If you are looking for a cheaper route but that is a great surge protector then you this one is right for you then. 6 foot long AWG power cord with right angle plug. Keyhole mounting tabs for installation in any wide variety applications. Slim design to help stop clutter, reduce space, makes it a lot easier to hide and keep out of sight, and help keep the cords neat and organized. ETL approved, 1875 WATS, and made for 15 amp circuit breaker.

This one is good for the cheap route and you need to just get one for a few electronics or accessories to plug. I have used ones just similar to this one and it worked great, so using a cheap one isn’t always a bad idea. When you need only one to just have for a few items then this one is a great one to use.

7) AmazonBasics 6-Outlet Surge Protector

This one is cheaper than the BESTEK surge protector but this one is Amazon’s choice one they recommend. It has 6 outlets with 1 transformer outlet. 790 joules, 3 line surge protecting rating, 6 foot long power cord, and red light indicator with 15 amp circuit breaker to help show that you are protected. Some specs are 125V, 60Hz, 1875 WATS, and AC 15A. Also, has a 14 gauge system also to help protect your electronics or accessories you need plugged in. This one has white and black colors as well.

6) Belkin 12-Outlet Pivot-Plug Power Strip Surge Protector

I think this one here is a great one to use. 8 rotating and 4 stationary surge protected outlets. 1-in, 2-out RJ11 telephone/fax surge protection coaxial protection. Allows room for large block space outlets. 4320 joules, 8 foot heavy-duty power cord, extra room for large AC adapter plugs, essential power filtration and coaxial protection safe guards cable and satellite connections for clear picture and sounds. Oversize metal oxide varistors, protector indicator lights, and damage resistance housing. With this surge protector you won’t have to worry about power spikes or storms damaging your electronics or accessories. Intelligent circuitry with built in voltage sensing detects and responds to your devices power needs and makes sure not to mess any of your things plugged in.

5) APC 11-Outlet Surge Protector

This one here is a really good surge protector. 11 outlets, safety shutters, 6 outlets are block spaced for large adapters, telephone/fax, and coaxial protection against power surges. 8 foot power cord with right angle plug. This one has lights for protection working, overload, and building wiring fault to make sure you are aware of any issues that might occur. This surge protector will really come in handy when you want to have a whole entertainment center together or you want to put the whole office room all in 1 location, great for having TV, cable, PC, laptop, phone, gaming systems, just about anything you want to add, this will be a great one to use.

4) HOLSEM 12 Outlets Surge Protector

This one to me is a very nice one. I think this will help out anyone who needs to use several types of plugins at once or at different times that needs various things charged or using electronics that require 1-2 or more different plugins. Some features and specs are 12 outlets, 3 smart USB charging ports, overload protection, rated power 1875 WATS. There is a reliable double break safety switch that will trip off automatically to protect your devices and accessories. 14AWG 6 foot heavy-duty power cord. This one can be used to mount on the wall or side of a building, or maybe on some heavy-duty desk. Also, has 4000 joules energy rating. This one is also flame retardant material and can withstand temperatures 1380F (750C).

3) APC Back-UPS Pro 1500VA UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector

I wanted to add this one which isn’t only a surge protector but also a battery backup. This one has 1500VA/ 865 WATS, uninterruptible power supply, 10 outlets, and automatic voltage regulation. Expandable battery backups for critical equipment. You can connect an additional battery pack (sold separately) for even longer run time. Prevent data corruption with PowerChute software and energy management software is also included. Check status easy with LCD display.

I think this one will really help you out if you are in an area that sometimes will have power outages or bad weather and need to keep your electronics and computers running. This one will really help you out in that case. When you live or work in areas that has bad weather or a building that uses a lot of energy and causes issues when you need your things running, and you need your stuff running. Then this will definitely keep you going, especially when you can add more battery packs in order to give you a longer run time. This software inside will help keep your stuff protected as well.

2) CyberPower Rackmount Surge Protector and battery pack

This one has 6 outlets. 4 battery backup and surge protected outlets, 2 surge protected outlets, and optional remote management adapter. The typical use for this one is corporate and departmental servers, telecom equipment, VoIP and internetworking hardware requiring pure sine wave output. Then also active PFC power source compatibility. Safe guards valuable documents, images, videos, etc., connected equipment from loss or damage due to power fluctuations and surges. This one here is great for businesses, schools, hospitals, or work at home people that need to run several things at once and keep them all protected. I think this one would be great to have if you need to make sure your data or electronics is protected from any kind of power outage.

1) CyberPower 12 Outlet Surge Protector Rackmount

This one is a great surge protector if you need the space and want a rack mount type of surge protector. 12 outlets (6 front, 6 rear), 1800 joules, 15 foot cord, cord retention tray, 15 amps, and EMI/RFI filtration. LED lights for power, grounded, and protected. Mostly used for data centers, server rooms, network closets, and some rooms that have several things needed to run and they need them protected and stayed on while during a storm or power spikes.

This rack mount has a surge suppressor provides 120V/ 15A output with built in suppression. Distributes power to 12 NEMA 5-15R receptacles from a single NEMA 5-15P input. This rack mount can be mounted vertical or horizontal. I think this one here would be a really nice one if you need some stuff protected from power surges, spikes, or storms. This one can really become handy when you have tons of data or stuff saved in your servers or computers that need great protection.

My conclusion

I picked these because all of them are very good ones and that if you need some top of the line equipment to protect your electronics, data, or protect your accessories then you have found some really good ones to choose from. These are all amazon choice ones that are always selling. I want to make sure you get the best, but if you find one that is better or that I should have added on here just let me know and ill look into the one you pointed out. I will be more than happy to write a review or another list of more that is even better.   1. I’ve actually used the APC surge protector before and was very pleased with the way it worked. I’ve actually had equipment blow due to a faulty surge protector so I know the value of having one that is quality and functions well. I’ve also used some of the Amazon basic products and they always seem to be decent quality.

      Well thats great how you have had good luck with those APC surge protectors. I have to use 2 surge protectors on my home set up for both of my computers. I have had issues with bad surge protectors before I do know how you feel on that one. 

      Its good that you also used the amazon basics too. I am going to end up getting 1-2 of them APC ones though to protect mine. We get some bad weather here where I live and it’s very nice to have them for a backup so my computers can keep on running. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and personal experience on these!
